9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. YOUR TOTAL AGGREGATE CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
